Do you want us to use the full word count in each question box?
For links to previous work: does it need to be from a released project or would an upcoming sneak peak work? Or else does it have to be the full film or would a trailer or showreel be acceptable?
Is the mentorship specifically for a writer/director/producer’s first feature?
Does the feature film need to be set in Aotearoa?
Is there a preference for feature or documentary films?

- Evidence that prior work is of a high quality
- Evidence that work demonstrates a unique voice
- Current feature film synopsis is strong
- Goals are specific and achievable
- Filmmaker/project are at right stage to benefit from mentorship
- Assessors' overall instinct of applicant
