The Boosted campaign is now live for BY HAND is a contemplative short documentary by Jane Ross.
The film follows Greg and Ali Lang, the last wheelwright and coach painter in Aotearoa New Zealand, working from the rural village of Gladstone. Over the course of a year, the film observes their craft, collaboration, and enduring commitment to making things by hand, offering an intimate portrait of skill, process, and place.
The project is currently in post-production and is raising funds through Boosted to support completion and distribution. The campaign will enable the film to reach audiences in Aotearoa and internationally through festivals and community screenings.
