Greenlit is now inviting Expressions of Interest for its inaugural Sustainability Manager Training.
Greenlit is the New Zealand screen industry's sustainability body. This three-day course is designed for experienced screen professionals — typically 5+ years' industry experience, at coordinator level or above — who want to develop the knowledge and practical skills to work as a Sustainability Manager on New Zealand productions.
On completion, participants will be equipped to:
Graduates will receive a Greenlit Certificate of Completion and join a peer network of NZ Sustainability Managers. Graduates will also be eligible for placement on productions through the New Zealand Film Commission's funded pilot placement programme.
They will also explore formal certification pathways, including potential alignment with international frameworks, to give graduates recognised standing in the industry.
Applicants welcome from any department, Māori practitioners are especially encouraged, as well as those people based outside Tāmaki Makaurau, and applicants from communities under-represented at senior craft levels.
