THE EDGE OF YOU is a workshop specifically designed to allow creatives to get beneath your labels, routines, restrictions, and potentially the overwhelming online media infiltrating your world.
It is a place to reconnect, reboot, release, revitalise the most authentic parts of who you are. While it is not an acting workshop, it is definitely embedded in exploring the unknown creative space within you. The exercises leading sctor Sara Wiseman will support you through incorporate movement, voice, breathwork, introspection, self- reflection in a radically safe and supported way. The results are transformative, according to the feedback from her earlier workshop participants and will ensure you get a revitalised approach to your work and life.
THE EDGE OF YOU has manifested from her twenty odd years of tutoring actors, with its focus being on the person underneath as opposed to the 'career label' on top.
