This award recognises a woman who has had a significant impact or achievement in any aspect of television or digital media between 1 July 2023 and 30 June 2025.

RACHEL FAWCETT
Showing phenomenal commitment to the kaupapa of this project, Rachel took her hit web series n00b to TV screens, going on to secure international distribution through Netflix & streaming in France on Canal+. She embodies creative innovation with impressive business acumen & shows a true passion for storytelling.
ROBYN GRACE
Perhaps the biggest question should be what network Robyn HASN’T worked on! Sole director on Three’s hit show Happiness she has delivered across Netflix, Lionsgate, HBO, BBC & Starz just to name a few. She was nominated for an Emmy for her work on acclaimed series Sweet Tooth and has become one of Aotearoa's most in-demand & lauded directors.
