Her success helps to finance and empower important kaupapa, promoting connectivity and conversations across borders.

SHARLENE GEORGE - THE SWEETSHOP

Sharlene doesn't just champion women, she actively creates opportunities, pathways and resources to see them succeed. As a global CEO and founding partner of Sweetshop Films  - which now has six global offices - her impact on the screen industry is profound, both in terms of the stories she champions and brings to the screen, but in the pipeline of careers she nurtures.

The lasting contribution Tracey has made to the screen sector through her phenomenally smart business nouse, entrepreneurial vision and industry-leading innovation is an inspiration and it shows in the growing success of Fat Lighting. Her integrity, clear vision and genuine care for people make her a leading light for emerging filmmakers and business women alike.
