a) have a full Producer’s credit on at least one project that has already received SPR Provisional approval,
or SPR Final approval, for a Feature Film or TV Series
b) can demonstrate that they have a project in Advanced Development which includes the NZSPR in its
funding
c) Legal Advisors, Production Accountants and Business Affairs who have credits of similar criteria
d) Funding Agency personnel in this area
