Hey Brainy Man! short film needs a Boost

Posted Saturday 06 Oct 2018

This short film, co-produced by Olivia Shanks, Jaimee Poipoi and Ashleigh Flynn, needs a cash injection for its prosthetics department. Written by Jo Randerson and co-directed by Jo and her longtime friend actor/director Loren Taylor, Hey Brainy Man! is a message from our ancestors - a challenge to humankind about the direction we're heading in. The New Zealand Film Commission has come on board with funds, but more money is needed to really make this film fly. The funds raised in this Boosted campaign will ensure the prosthetics, makeup, character and costume design will show the older and hairier side of the characters!
